The ways IntensiflyApp gathers, uses, discloses, and manages a customer or client's data.

Intensifly LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the www.intensifly.io website and Intensifly web-services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding collecting, using, and disclosing personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information following this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Service. Service means the www.intensifly.io website, Intensifly mobile application, and Intensifly web-services operated by Intensifly LLC.

Intensifly LLC may process your Personal Data because:

Intensifly LLC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Intensifly LLC will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Business Transaction. If Intensifly LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
Disclosure for Law Enforcement. Under certain circumstances, Intensifly LLC may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
